Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies Recipe


  • 3/4 cup cane sugar
  • 3/4 cup canna butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed firm)
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Directions:

  • First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and get out a large mixing bowl and combine the softened canna butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla. Proceed to mix well. In a separate bowl combine the salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flour. Slowly but surely add this mixture to the mixture in the first bowl, until thoroughly blended. Now add the oats and butterscotch to this mixture, continuing to mix until well blended. Drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet into desired shape and size. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until just the edges of the cookies begin to turn golden-brown.
