Put 1 tbsp cannabis olive oil in a skillet on low, and saute the onions and garlic until golden. Add remaining cannabis olive oil, rice, chicken broth, thyme and bay leaf. Turn up to medium heat and bring to a slight boil uncovered. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Stir and remove bay leaf, and stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
