Fruit and Nut Granola Bars Recipe


  • 3/4 cup shelled peanuts (or other nut, if allergic)
  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins or craisins (cranberry raisins)
  • 1/4 cup canna butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Directions:

    In a mixing bowl chop up the nuts and mix together with the fruit until well mixed together. Melt the canna butter over low heat and stir in the spices and sugar. Once sugar, spices and butter are one consistency, pour over the fruit and nuts in the mixing bowl. Mix very thoroughly. Place this mixture in a glass baking dish and place in the refrigerator to harden. Cut into granola bars and store up to 1 week in the refrigerator or months in the freezer.
