Directions:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and get out a medium mixing bowl. In the bowl combine the warm water, oil, yeast and salt. Gradually mix in the white flour, subsequently slowly adding in the wheat flour. Mix well. Lightly oil all sides of the dough and mix well. Let rise for 25 - 35 minutes. Knead the dough for 1 - 2 minutes and then separate into 6 equal portions. Roll into a ball and roll in the cornmeal until lightly dusted on the outside. Form the 6 balls into somewhat flat pieces and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 14 - 16 minutes or until just golden brown.
