Crumb Cake Muffins Pot Recipe


  • 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp. melted canna butter
  • 1 tbsp. candied ginger (ground)
  • 2 tbsp. cane sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup cannabis vegetable oil (see recipe)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Directions:

    First preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Get a medium mixing bowl and combine brown sugar, ginger, flour and rolled oats, mixing well. Set aside for the time being. Get a muffin tray out and spray with cooking spray or line with muffin cups. Combine the cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, ground ginger and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the buttermilk, applesauce and cannabis oil, mixing well. Stir this into the flour mix in the first bowl and then mix in the whites from the two eggs (DO NOT USE THE YOLKS). Place two very large tablespoons of the batter into each muffin tray. Bake 25 to 27 minutes.
