Chocolate Chip Muffins Pot Recipe


  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 11 tbsp. canna butter
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bag chocolate chips (about a pound)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. table salt
  • Directions:

    First preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Get out a muffin tray and grease/butter each cup or place paper muffin cups in each cup slot. Get out a large mixing bowl and combine the canna butter and vanilla until the texture is light and fluffy. Now add the eggs, one at a time, to this mixture, mixing well after each addition. After all 4 eggs have been mixed in, add the sugar and mix very well. Get out another bowl and combine the salt, baking powder, flour and milk. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, stirring after each addition. The mixture should be well mixed but still slightly lumpy. Now add the chocolate chips and mix into the dough. Pour into the muffin cups, place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
