Chocolate Cannabis Pudding
Directions:In a sauce pan, whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, corn starch and salt, slowly adding in the canna milk. On medium heat, continue to heat the mixture until it barely starts to simmer, whisking consistently while it is heating up. Continue whisking for an additional 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens up. In a ceramic bowl, beat the egg. After this is done slowly but surely add the pudding mixture to the ceramic bowl with the egg, whisking continually while doing this. Now whisk in the chocolate chips until melted and well blended. Pour into the ceramic cups, place wax or saran wrap over the top and place in the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours. Take out of the refrigerator, serve and enjoy.
