Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes
Directions:Get out a frying pan or use griddle and turn heat onto medium. Lightly oil the pan or griddle. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly mixed and there are no pockets of dry flour. Hint: add the blueberries once already well mixed to avoid mashing them up. Scoop pancake batter onto griddle or pan in a size that is desirable. 1/4 cup of batter makes your average-sized homemade pancake. Flip over once the edges start to turn solid. Remove from heat and enjoy a great breakfast.
