Black Walnut Cannabis Pesto


  • 1 cup cannabis olive oil (2 separate tbsp. of olive oil as well)
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup black walnuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro/parsley
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 1/4 cup lecithin grains
  • Directions:

    Before anything else preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Get out a glass baking dish layered with olive oil and place garlic cloves (unpeeled) in dish. Spread olive oil over the cloves and cover with olive oil. Place in the oven for 40 minutes, basting with olive oil every 10 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove from the oven, allow to cool and proceed to peel the cloves. Now chop the basil and cilantro/parsley. Continue chopping until very fine. Next add the miso, lecithin grains and olive oil and mix thoroughly in a blender. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
