I will give this place a five rating for location because of the fact you have competition so near. Sign up is pretty average and fast just like you would expect. The prices are just about what everyone seems to have with around 19 a gram and the 1/8's go for around 55. They have to be competitive with so many nearby. Their strains were really pretty and smelled like heaven. The people who work there made you feel real welcome and were real smart when helping you find what you wanted. Plenty of edibles for those who don't like to smoke. Didn't try one yet but they look good. You could smell the THC in them just by being near. I got some blue dream which tends to work best for me and it was everything I hoped.

The place wasn't hard to find but once you get inside the building you can get lost for a minute. I've never been to a place that had other dispensaries within the same space. Anyway once I found the Healing Arts Co-Operative it only took about ten minutes to have my I.D. and medical forms approved. They have a really big menu so it took me awhile to sort through all the different strains and prices. Most of the top shelf flowers were $20 a gram with a $60 cap on the 1/8ths. This is a little more than I ususally pay but sometimes the quality can override the cost. With so many other clinics right next door I may go by there to see if they all have the same basics costs. Got some dank smelling Jack Herer and was well satisfied, although I normally pay only $50. It was real fresh and had premium buds so I didn't really mind. The Green Crack and Tangerine Haze had nice nugs and smelled so fine but I will have to try that one my next visit. They also have a super large Hybrid menu and the edible toffees and caramels, $10 each, are another good reason to try this place. They're fairly potent if you eat at least two. The staff was business like and not overly pushy or trying to sell you an upgrade. This is a good co-op to come visit because you have access to several others right in the same building.
