With all the talk about edibles in the news, I thought it’d be fun to post a video about them. In this one, courtesy of YouTube, “Miss Bliss” debunks some marijuana munchie myths. Enjoy!

I think what Miss Bliss said was true; anyone can make edibles and a lot of times there are recipes that over-complicate the process. I thought it was funny when she showed that box of Ghiradelli Brownie mix because I use the exact same one all the time when I feel too lazy to go from scratch, and they always turn out to be delicious and just as potent.

It’s great to see the kind of Martha Stewartish approach to edibles. Mrs. Bliss shows how easy it is for even those who don’t bake a lot and how to achieve results unlike the old edibles of our teen years. When edibles meant a real gritty taste that wasn’t at all pleasant you only ate them because of the high. Now our edibles have reached the new century of taste, effect and potency which is a real treat. I really enjoyed her, she gave it more of an updated look, not at all what most people think when they think of pot brownies.

You go Mrs. Bliss, it is great to see that the brownies can be easy for even someone who don’t do a lot of cooking. Great way to indulge your med without the world seeing. I like them before I have to be around people who find the smell offensive. And these look simple and good.

Miss Bliss needs to invest in a lavaliere mic and avoid jump cuts. 😉 Good advise though. There is nothing worse that getting edibles and having them taste bitter. Nice.

I used to be so bad at making edibles but thanks to videos like these, I’m getting better and better. It’d be nice to see a weekly food blog where everything is explained step by step, depending on the actual food item.
