Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: A creeper strain in the truest sense of the phrase, X-Line Black Widow takes around 20 minutes to reach its full potency, gradually building from nothing to a roaring cerebral effect, with a slight but overshadowed body stone noted.
This variety of Black Widow is anything but the color black. In fact, the buds are literally white with thousands of sticky trichomes. The aroma is very similar to a fine pinot noir from the Pacific Northwest. Rich tones of earth, grapes and hash make up the flavor, with an undertone of fermented berries. This is a connoisseur-grade strain that should be treated with respect and dignity. Vaporizers seem to be the best way to ingest this remarkable strain.
Whenever cultivating this strain, it's important to have some humidity, but not too much. Too much humidity (as in a greenhouse) can result in bud rot, due to the very large and dense main colas. This strain will tolerate rain, outside, but rain will most likely decrease the yield. When grown indoors, this is a nine-week strain that should provide an above average yield. A proper cure is important for the flavor of this strain. Without a slow, gradual cure, Black Widow will end up tasting piney and spicy.
