Thai Dragon

Thai Dragon Strain
  • Classification: Sativa-dominant
  • Parents: China Yunnan x DTC99 (Durban Thai Cinderella 99)
  • Growing Environment: Indoor/Outdoor
  • Garden Skills: Beginner
  • Flowering Time: 9 weeks
  • Yield: Moderate
  • Medical Uses: Nausea, depression, arthritis, Crohn's disease, glaucoma, muscle spasms, ADD/ADHD
  • Breeder: Dutchgrown Seeds
  • Buzz Rating: The flavors of incense, coffee and flowers are perhaps some of the most unique and flavorful varieties out there. The high is a true creeper strain and will last over an hour. This bud is best ingested through a vaporizer.

By crossing a China Yunnan mother with a DTC99 male, the breeder was able to gift upon the medical marijuana community a strain that offers uniquely remarkable flavors, a decently potent and long-lasting high, and a bud with excellent bag appeal. These buds have long orange pistils coming out of tight, dense buds that have a grayish/white layer of trichomes.

Amazing for a strain that has South African and Thai genetics, Thai Dragon will flower for just 9 weeks. In addition to that, this bud is also recommended for beginning growers, also unlike most other sativa varieties. The height of these ladies can vary greatly, ranging from 3 feet to 6 feet indoors and 4 feet to 9 feet outdoors. Thai Dragon loves to be grown hydroponically, but will thrive in a soil medium as well.

Despite being much more of an indica-lover, this strain is amazing. Great flavors and a really heady high. Perfect daytime smoke.
