The smoke expansion on this bud is minimal to none, with a sweet, thick exhale tasting like white grapes in the early stages of fermentation. The effect of Sour Grapes is noticeable immediately but slowly creeps and builds into a pleasantly intense body high with notable cerebral stimulation.

A delectable hybrid of Grape Ape and the legendary Sour Diesel, this strain is gaining more and more popularity. Hey, They call me Jase! I have been smoking for 17 years roughly and I just picked up a bag of sour grape and to be honest its got that skunky strong stink like Sour D and tastes like a skunky sweet candy! Its taste is Amazing and It kinda creeps on you out of nowhere! Its A great smoke a def buy for even a Hard Core picky smoke such as myself! Kudos to this strain! I give it a 9.25 out of ten overall!

Sour Grape and Sour Grapes are different strains. Sour Grape is the Sour Diesel/ Grape Ape cross by Apothecary Genetics, while Sour Grapes is actually Grape Stomper from Gage Green Genetics which has different parents.

Disclaimer: My ratings aren't that accurate at the moment due to the fact that the buds I smoked came from a prematurely harvested plant.

i got some clones from the local despensary in ann arbor michigan. no one seems to say anything about the resin production. tons of trics over all the leaf, more than any other plant i have grown. amazing smell. does not do good in high heat and is a light feeder. overall the yeild was average. smooth, fruity, thick smoke. the high is active but i smoke a lot of oil so it's hard for me to tell how potient it was.

I scooped an 8th of this from Igzactly420 in San Francisco last Friday. It was 46 bucks plus tax. A bit pricey but just saying I got it in the city felt cool. I felt rushed and chose this strain along with an 8th of blue cheeze. At a glance the buds are tight yet fluffy. Smelled like white grapes for sure. I know this because I live near vinyards. Im not rich tho. But here I am 7 days later and up late and this bud is the shit. I took several bong hits and it was awesome. Total indica body buzz to the fullest. Heavy headed. Lingering cough. The only complaint is I wish it were more dense just because that's what I like. If you see this strain and it's top shelf, I would scoop it.

To be honest, this is what I look for in bud. I mean, I feel like I can really tell why they call it Sour Grape - it really does have a very fruity scent and taste. It's great.

The high had me very active, and eventually came down to a very chill feeling after about 2-3 hours.

Also, this bud is pretty sweet looking, and the smoke goes down quite easily.

love just smelling the open jar of this stuff, its like candy, as for the high- instant head high followed by an intense body high lasting a few hours great for watching tv or listening to music with friends then eventually mellowing you out to go to sleep if you want- but still great for any time of the day smoke. i have two friends who prefer different ends of the indica-sativa spectrum and both liked it as if they were able to draw the high they wanted from this bud.

It has that intense skunk smell that shows a good sign. It had a high THC level which took me by storm. I was down and out for a few hours knocked me off my feet. I loved it. I needed the rest.

One of the best cannabis strains in the world. It was bred by Gage Green Genetics http://gagegreen.org, a boutique connoisseur seed company.

It is actually called Grape Stomper but was renamed to Sour Grapes by a thief (called The Collector featured in High Times) who renamed it after an existing strain and sold the clone to Oakland's Blue Sky Cafe. (http://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Grape_Stomper/Clone_Only_Strains/)

One of the most jaw dropping strains at first sight. It is completely covered in resin glands and all you see is frost. It tastes and smells like skittles or a bag of candy. The high is clean and uplifting. Not heavy and couch-locking like a lot of other "grape" genetics.

Once again two great strains were combined to make another amazing Hybrid. Sour Grapes comes from Sour Diesel and Grape Ape so you can expect a powerful mind altering experience. The taste is like drinking white wine or white grape juice and it will leave you wanting more. It's instant high can be deceiving in that it's a creeper and will have more potency as time goes on. It has a very high THC content so you only have to smoke a little at a time. Great selection for those wanting heavy medication.

This is strain is as solid as they come. Very vibrant green comes off right when you set your eyes on it. The smell is a very nice and rich skunky smell that really makes it appealing from the get go.
The taste is amazing, with a soft fruity taste competing with a sour element that really makes it quite fun to try. The high is pretty mellow that is soft enough to be done during the daytime and lasts a considerably long time. If your shopping for taste, Sour Grapes is a solid pick.
