Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: Unlike most sativas, RHS generates a high that causes pretty severe sedation, that results in users not spending very much time on their feet.
Red-Haired Sonja is the product of an Afghan IBL x Thai IBL mother being bred to a male Thai IBL x Brazilian IBL. The result is a very pure strain, for a hybrid. These ladies are appropriately named, as they produce buds that have red pistils and a nice coating of trichomes underneath. RHS smells strongly of spice, incense and sandalwood, with very similar flavors. This is a very exotic strain in nearly every aspect.
These ladies should be vegetated no longer than a month, when grown indoors. After veg they will commence to flower for 9 or 10 weeks. Outdoors they will be ready for harvest by the last week of September. This is a good strain for hydroponic growers to use, as it has a high resistance to PM and bud rot. Clones take root very rapidly from these ladies. While this isn't the most potent of strains, it should not be passed up, when seen in a dispensary.
