Red Diesel
Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: The classic Diesel flavor is readily apparent upon the exhale of this bud. The high slowly but steadily kicks in to full effect, taking you on a highly medicating and spiritual journey of enlightenment.
By crossing the legendary NYC Diesel with West Coast favorite, California Indica, Barney’s Farm was able to create a Diesel hybrid with increased yield as well as effect. The buds are fairly dense, with deep-orange pistils shooting out from the green foliage. They smell almost exactly like a typical Diesel strain, except with an added hashiness.
Indoors, she grows relatively short for a sativa, not typically reaching over 28”, but providing a generous yield for those who grow her. Flowering for 9 - 11 weeks, she builds up her up to 19% THC content during this time. It’s recommended to vegetate these ladies for at least a month if a decent yield is to be had, but otherwise she’s even a great candidate for beginning growers. Red Diesel will produce many side-branches and several colas and is a good candidate for a ScrOG garden.
Excellent, sharp and crisp flavors of lemon, fuel, candy, flowers and sour will cause your taste buds to thank you over and over again, leaving them in anticipation of the next toke. Look for this strain to go for around $55 at most clubs, but you should probably just grow some of your own, as it's much more rewarding.

This is some great nug! I haven't broken into the sample till now, it's been sitting in the same container it came in.. dankifying. Shame it's so dry during the winter, because this NUG is simply COVERED it would be ridiculously sticky. Fluffy, tight somewhat dense, spiraling calyxes of a sativa in midst of indica-goodness. Smells diesely-too. It spaarks on the slightest flame, but burns very evenemly and smooth...
The high begins immediatly very light, noticeable head-change with sound sensitivity and contentment. 6/10 visual, steady and gradually higher and higher. Dry eyes has set in some 20m later.
if i grow her again i will use much larger pots and veg around a month in a room with fewer large plants...or maybe outside :)
This is a favorite in my medicine cabinet. Excellent sativa effects coupled with pain relief is just what I need any time of day. Great taste and smell as well. Very warm and cerebral. Well rounded and has a decent duration!
