Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: Like any true Diesel cross, QMD takes a minute to kick in, but once it does the result is an inspiring cerebral journey that allows for great productivity. The high lasts around an hour and has a very gradual comedown.
The breeder first bred indica/ruderalis variety, Mighty Mite and sativa/indica variety, Kali Mist together. The resulting offspring was then crossed with the sativa/indica Double Sour Diesel backcrossed with itself. The result is a strain that immediately starts flowering from seed, like all ruderalis varieties. 70 days after sprouting it will be ready for harvest. This is especially helpful to outdoor growers in northerly regions such as Canada, Alaska and the northern continental United States. Outdoor growers in regions that have mild climates also like this strain as they can sometimes get 3 harvests in a single growing season, from March to November. This strain is perfectly capable of being grown indoors but is really only utilized by stealth growers, due to its short stature and relatively low yield. Quick Mist Diesel has small to medium-sized nugs with rusty-orange pistils and an average amount of trichomes. The mass of the buds is neither dense nor airy and they give off a pungent aroma of citrusy fuel, mixed with a slight aroma of earthy hash. Overall this is a great strain for the outdoor grower who wishes to have a nice supply of personal marijuana.
