i have been growing this strain for about a year now and i have to sayit is by far the best purple strain i have come across for me it is a very sensative plant likes to want to herm about week 6 for me for some reason grew some blue dream right next to it and no nanners on the dreams .its also a better yielder than the dream bag appeal smell high has it all lolli pop this strain as the popcorn really sucks first sign of flower this bitch is purple i would love to be able to let her go for ten weeks how much better is the yield? i have pulled few ounces shy of 4ps with 3 week veg 7weeks flower. dutchmasters reverse helps with the nanners .

This is one of the strongest stands I've tasted. Creeps up on you, I actually had a friend ask me if I had anymore '' crawl bud'' I was like wtf? He said yeah, after u left I had to ''crawl'' to bed.... Lol

im currently growing purple gorilla and its pistels are almost 50% red but its only been flowering for a month its got a rich purple color and is very big in mass for a clone that is its a double branch i took off a mother i started from seed was just wondering if its really a 7-8 week plant and what do i got to look for when its done will the crystals turn purple or something else i cant find much research on this strain and when to harvest sooo, plz help me out

Taste-Excellent
Smell-Total Fruit
Potency-Very effective. Nice to top with a concentrate.
Duration-Indica high. Not overpowering, but a total sedative high.
Texture-Some nugs were larger and had nice structrue. Smaller buds tended to have a stemmy texture.

Overall. I enjoy this bud. it's only 35 and 8th or 110 a half zip at emerald crossings on the regular in San Jose.

It was my first pickup from a dispensary. I'd still buy it again.

I have 3 of these purple gorilla growing outdoor. Anyone know if weather plays a factor getting the bud purple? Where I live during harvest time it's not cold enough to get the buds purple because last year I grew some grand daddy purple and purple OG and it didn't turn purple.

I have ran PG twice now. Go to 10 weeks and watch what happens. The most beautiful plant i have ever seen and the smell is to die for. It has a very blended flavor with 3 epervescent stages. A keeper in my book!

I just got this strain for the first time over here on the east coast, first, couldn't believe the vivid violet crystal covered buds. two, did a great job for insomnia and gave me super munchies which lead to the food coma, pretty sure your not supposed to eat a a ton of food than go lay down however. i enjoyed this strain thoroughly + lets not for get how beutiful this strain is the the eye and nose as well.

I couldn't have been more disapointed. At the dispensary, I discussed at length, the potential benefits of this strain for my pain and insomnia issues. Actually, to say I was disapointed would be incorrect, as it was exactly as the budtender said it would be. If you have mild insomnia and mild pain, then this is the ideal mild cure. If you're looking for something to treat these disorders powerfully and quickly, then go with another strain. In my opinion, it's all "jar appeal." Absolutely stunning violet colored, crystally coated round nugs. The other strains I purchased at the same time were better for every medical condition.

When I received my Medical Marijuana card this was the first strain I tried. I had severe insomnia and chronic pain in my knees from arthritis. When I went to my dispensary they suggested this for my problems. I could not be more happy. It was the first I tried and I've stuck with it. I highly recomend Purple Gorilla to people with these same problems.
