Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: An immediate and psychedelic effect accompanies Oxygen 19. This is a very trippy high that has slight body effects as well. A truly great strain whenever creativity is desired.
The crossing of Haze #19 x Indigo Blue turned out to be a great idea. The Indigo Blue was able to add density and mass to the buds, while bringing the effects down to a relaxing level. The Haze #19 by itself has been known to cause paranoia and anxiety, even in seasoned tokers. Indigo Blue was also able to reduce the flowering time of Haze #19 to a reasonable 10 or 11 weeks. The Haze genetics added a bit of potency to the Indigo Blue, as well as contributed to the flavor. This strain has a strong flavor of berries, plums and spice, with similar aromas.
It's best to let Oxygen 19 vegetate around 3 weeks before forcing flowering. While they don't grow to the proportions their Haze #19 mother does, these ladies can still triple their height by the end of flowering. This is a great strain for beginning growers, as well as advanced growers and has shown to take to transplanting and cloning exceptionally well. It also has a good resistance to nute and light burn, preferring to be fed above average levels of nutrients. Look for these ladies to really put on some mass during the final 3 weeks of flowering. Supporting the colas with stakes will likely be required, to prevent the colas from snapping under their own weight.
