Seemingly simplistic by name, the Mexican Sativa strain of marijuana is actually quite complex. She has parental influences from Oaxaca, Mexico, Africa and Pakistan. The African Sativa (Durban) is known for its ability to grow vigorously and produce heavy yields - all while providing an exciting, euphoric mental high. Pakistani Hashplant was also worked into her genetic code so that she would flower faster then most Sativa or even Sativa-dominant hybrid strains. And then, she was once again crossed with the straight Mexican Sativa to cap off her awesome qualities.

Mexican gets a real bad rap in the U.S. , first off , its from a country known for poor quality goods & labor, low budget crap if you will. Very real images of "Press bale weed" so badly grown I doubt the Border Patrol Drug Dog would even take the time to piss on it when given the chance. However as with anything, if it is given the oppertunity ,it can be just as good as the fabled strains of old. Intensely potent if you give it care.

Mexican Sativa will give you a good head high while keeping you motivated. It's potent and longlasting as with many Sativas and can be used early in the day without worries about crashing out.
