Despite the fact that it's not known for having the potency of, say, GDP or Chem-4, Master Ice is by far one of the stinkiest buds out there. Even in a jar, this bud reeks (in a good way). The nugs are dense and slightly oval-shaped, with long pink pistils coming out of the buds. The breeder chose a NLX male to pollinate a Mind Bender female and the result is the medical bud known as Master Ice we see today. In dispensaries this bud tends to go for around $45 to $50 per eighth.
After a 4 - 6 week veg period, Master Ice will take just 7 to 8 weeks to complete flowering and provide growers with a moderate harvest of above average bud. Like has been said, this strain isn't going to lock you on the couch, but it will definitely adequately medicate you. Master Ice, as the name implies, does better in cooler temperatures that range from 68 degrees F to 75 F. It is also a strain that will respond very well to a SoG grow in either soil or hydro. One thing to watch out for with this strain is the pH. It is very particular about pH and will require a soil pH between 6.3 and 6.7 to reach its full potential.
