Super Lemon Haze
Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: Overwhelmingly citrusy flavor like lemons or possibly limes, with a piny, woodsy and danky exhale
It's no wonder that Super Lemon Haze was the landslide winner of the 2008 HTCC. With parentage like Super Silver Haze and Lemon Skunk, what's not to like? This strain is a true powerhouse, sativa-dominant strain. This strain is renowned far and wide not only for it's truly lemony taste, but the dream-like high that most patients get from it. The first 10 minutes of the high are a true indica experience, with this feeling eventually fading to a more upbeat, somewhat energetic, yet relaxing medicated state.
This plant grows relatively tall, but allows for easy topping due to the distance of the internodes. There is also a high calyx-to-leaf ratio with dense clusters of nugs. Super Lemon Haze has long, spindly leaves reminiscent of a typical sativa. Growers can ususally expect up to 700 grams of indoor buds.
The taste is very lemony, with hints of dank, spice, pepper and an underlying sweet flavor. Somewhat danky, musky aftertaste. The effects come on somewhat slow but last usually around 2 and a half hours.

This plant thrived under the CFL's, from start to finish, which was 11 weeks, it never had a problem.
It produced some serious quality buds, after curing it, which was hard looking at those beautiful buds for 6 weeks i opened the jars.
i was overwhelmed by the lemon scent that came out of them.
This was my first time flowering under the CFL's and will probably never go back, anyway it smoked very well with a tremendous taste of lemons.
By far year to date it is the best canibus i have ever encountered. I am sure glad that i have nine seeds left, as i did not clone her, but for sure will next time.
I think i am going to try to breed her with Sannies Killing Fields.
If you ever have the chance to smoke any, smoke it, you will not be disappointed with her.
