Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: While the high could certainly last a bit longer than a half-hour, the potency of the high does not disappoint. We recommend smoking an additional bowl than would be the normal amount, in order to compensate for the lack of longevity in the effect.
La Blanca takes after her Great White Shark mother in appearance. There is a nice coating of trichomes, with many curly, electric-orange pistils. The flavor and aroma is more indicative of the Skunk #1 father, but with a little bit of berry flavor from the mother, usually present on the exhale. La Blanca has a pleasant lingering aftertaste of skunk and fruit. For increased smoking pleasure, try vaporizing La Blanca, where the effect is almost psychedelic and the flavors are notably enhanced.
It's recommended to vegetate La Blanca around 6 or 7 weeks, since it will only double in height, upon forcing flowering. Once flowering these ladies will be ready for harvest right around 8 weeks later. They do not respond very well at all to even average amounts of nutrients. This is one of those strain where growers will want to start out giving these ladies very low levels of nutrients and gradually increase. La Blanca is so sensitive to nutrient burn that it's recommended to only feed about half of the recommended dosage on the manufacturer's bottle. Other than that, La Blanca is easy to cultivate and responds well to various types of training methods.
