Afghani, Haze and an unspecified Ukrainian strain are crossed to create the KC 33 strain of medical-grade marijuana. She is an Indica-dominant hybrid strain that requires about 70 days for flowering in indoor cultivation setups. The name KC 33 represents the age of the breeder, known as KC Brains, at the time the strain was produced. The Afghani parent was a gift from a friend in the Netherlands and had been stabilized for more than 29 years. Haze and an early-to-flower Ukrainian strain were then crossed in to finish the meshing. She ends up being a very early outdoor finisher (which was the primary motivation behind her anyway).

The KC 33 strain is far from my favorite and doesnt seem to do anything for back pain but it does give you a great head high that lasts.

KC 33 has enormous leaves and enormous sweet, sticky, light green buds with a distinctive lemon taste that is fresh on the palate. Smoking KC 33 results in a light unencumbered buzz that settles into the head instead of the body. Keep in mind that this is indica dominant with a few hints of Sativa effects.
