Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: A true creeper strain, John Sinclair doesn't provide users with the full effect for nearly 15 minutes after smoking. From that point on smokers are in for a cerebrally upbeat high that stimulates the mind and promotes creative thoughts. A great strain for writers or artists.
While this IBL strain doesn't have the densest of nugs, they are by no means airy. Since it originally comes from the Congo, one cannot expect very dense buds or it would likely succumb to bud rot. These buds are large, frosty and have long tan pistils. John Sinclair gives off a pleasant aroma and flavor of Haze and pine. The flavor is very light, but definitely distinct in the two flavors. This is a great daytime smoke and has shown to be great treatment for either depression or those adults who are suffering from ADHD. This strain is also a good wake-and-bake bud, since it will get users up and moving in the morning.
This is one of those strains that does best when grown outdoor in an area with relatively humid summer and fall temperatures. Areas in North America where John Sinclair can thrive outdoors include the eastern portion of the United States where humidity is high. The south-eastern states are ideal for John Sinclair. Most growers don't grown this strain indoors, but that's not to say it won't do well. It can get very tall and with that in mind it's usually best to limit vegetation to around 8 to 10 days. This strain provides a moderate yield that is more renowned for it's cerebral potency.
