Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: J.J.s Gold provides a soaring cerebral high, although it only lasts around a half-hour. Other than the length of the high - or lack thereof - this strain is highly recommended. Almost no comedown. It's like you're ripped one minute and stone cold sober the next.
The breeder created this marvelous strain by crossing an Acapulco Gold male with a Millennium Bud female. The result was a bud with a flowering time shorter than that of Acapulco Gold, but with a yield that is exponentially more than that typically seen from Millennium Bud. The buds are very elongated and somewhat airy. However, they are packed with potent trichomes and have long, blaze orange pistils.
The flowering time of these ladies is a steady 9 to 10 weeks, with most growers harvesting around the 65 - 67 day mark. It's recommended to vegetate J.Js Gold around 3 to 4 weeks, as they don't tend to stretch very much. They typically double their height at vegetation. These ladies will consume moderate amounts of nutrients. It's important not to overfeed J.J.s Gold as they can be somewhat prone to nute burn. Look for eighths of this bud to go for anywhere from $40 to $50 in dispensaries on the West Coast.
