Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: This piney, citrusy, earthy and skunky bud is a great mix of Sativa and Indica. The cerebral part of the high slightly overshadows the body high. Jack the Ripper lasts around an hour-and-a-half.

Jack the Ripper was brought about by breeding the rare Jack’s Cleaner (mother) with the oh-so-famous Space Queen. The result was a Sativa-dominant hybrid that is caked with tri-chromes, zest and best of all, potency. When grown and manicured properly, the buds often appear white due to the dense layer of glimmering, sticky tri-chromes.

When growing, JTR grows of medium height and is extremely bushy with many colas. Odors of skunk, pine, citrus and musk come from her during maturity and she thrives well indoors or outdoor, but not in a Sea of Green. With an indoor flowering period of 8 to 9 weeks, Jack the Ripper rewards growers with an average-sized yield, but superior in quality.

There’s no need to lock all the doors and windows if you hear Jack the Ripper is in your town. It’s probably this extremely danky strain of marijuana, available at some dispensaries. This hard-hitting Sativa-dominant strain is a favorite hybrid of patients suffering from such medical problems as chronic pain, migraines, nausea, depression/anxiety and muscle spasms and cramps. Guest on March 20 with cloning troubles.... I have had great success with using "grow Plugs" & Jiffy peat pots when cloning JTR. This was after having the same troubles you did with the same Hydro & Aereoponic systems. I know it's old fashion, but you might want to give it a try...Fast too!!! I had roots in 4 days & ready in 10 days.

Hey Everyone,
I am a caregiver in the Northeast and have two Jack The Rippers that I have been trying to clone. This strain is kicking my ass. I have cut 8 clones from the plants and have ZERO success. I am using clean/new materials, pH 5.5, water, humidome and rockwool cubes. When this did not work, I tried a deep water culture cloner with no luck. Everything else I put in the cloner sprouted roots and is growing like mad. My next attempt is to put them in the dark as soon as I cut them for a few days. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to drop a response.

Rocky Mountain Miracles in CO always has this strain and its never seedy. Very chill and mellow high. Helps a lot with my asthma and anxiety. My husband has a lot of hardware from injuries and he loves it. It smells awesome too!

This is a great strain if you suffer from spasms from your pain. It will help to relax your body to a point of sheer delight. I liked the looks and the smell really well. Taste was definitely there, just need more potency for a stronger pain relief.

Garden of the Gods dispensary had some last week and still may. It's a seedy batch though. Which may be to your liking if you can't find it.

Sadly yet another very hard to find bud. You will see it in one or two dispensaries and then you wont see it again for a while but I love it and will recommend when you see this strain in a club you buy as much as you can because you never know when you will see it again.

Man when the guy brought this in and said it was called Jack the Ripper I was expecting to be totally killed by the effects. It was real low in effects, I felt more ripped off than ripped. But I am not a huge fan of sativas.

I don't know where my uncle came up with this but it was awesome for cramps and muscle spasms. I loved it, hope to see more of it. Felt like a breath of fresh air when I needed it the most.

I obtained this strain at 61eleven, San Diego's only drive through dispensary. It is an outdoor version that is locally grown here in San Diego. The bud is dense yet spongy and is a light green with, flecks of dark green and brown hairs throughout. The nugs are medium sized and have a definite citrus and sandalwood scent mixed with very slight piney undertones.I usually don't go for Sativa dominant hybrids and this one is a 70/30 cross.
