Headband

I would concur with what the strain description above says. Just got home from a great trip abroad where we tried a few new (to us) strains. Compared to the other strain we had the most of , i.e. Green crack, I'd say that generally I preferred headband. (I assumed it was so named after the Music group 'Tonto's expanding headband ' , but I'm giving my age away there;) )

Generally I preferred it to the green crack we had and we played a fair bit of pool after this and I have to say it did wonders for my game, i.e. I was nicely relaxed but energetic enough and perfectly able to fully coordinate sufficiently to win my first four games. After that it started to wear off I my concentration waned.

No couch lock but nice and relaxing and also I would say VERY SOCIABLE. Good for parties, , easy to handle, ( no paranoia) better in fact than Green Crack IMO as with Green Crack I was less talkative, more into my head, but Headband made me really enjoy socialising , almost like alcohol ( which i no longer do).

Less relaxing than our other favourite Indica on this trip, Mars OG, which inclined one to relax a bit too much for socialising unless one made an effort, simply as Mars OG was very (mmmmmm) relaxing

Headband was not too relaxing to use in the daytime IMO, when you still need to get things done ( as long as they're not too energetic) , in fact I think on balance , I preferred it to Green crack, which although that would be better if you didn't want to seem stoned to others, for me wasn't enough of a Sativa to give a proper sativa high but not as relaxing as headband.

Lasts reasonably, perhaps slightly longer than green crack, but not as long as say Laughing Buddha ( my all time Sativa favourite) , harder to get things done though than Green crack (except playing pool apparently) but no couch lock.

Too much hype the master kush is why headband clones easy and gets high percentages of THC and is a hardy plant and is resistant to mold and mildew because of the genetics of master kush the master kush strain or pot of gold or hindu skunk or olivia kush same crosses hindu kush and skunk #1 under different companies/collectives alone have won many awards this headband hasn't like master kush was 1992,1993 cannabis cup & then crossed with skunk by another company knowin the genitics and called it pot of gold won in 1998 cannabis cup winner so that is three times it's won without the other two strains in this cross its good I'd rather smoke some master kush anyday plus the concentrates are bomb because it was hindu kush crossed then In places like Afghanistan and Pakistan they would make hash out of it because it produced so much resin to make hash with so when it gets crossed with skunk #1 it's really smooth smoke instead of how hindu kush alone is so harsh of smoke I like the skunk cross of master kush the most it's very easy to grow and stacks up golf ball size nugs down to the bottom super smelly near maturity of the plants lower flowers sometimes things are better when left alone still kill dank tho just not cannabis cup winners

This plant has proven to be a very hatdy grow. She clones easily and is stong against powdery mildew. Very nice yield: grew two plants four feet tall, and had medicine for over a year. Left one plant in the ground after harvest and like a sativa she continued to grow in hieght and in buds well into febraury with leaves and buds turning purple. Although coined as my "work weed", she has several times left me too stoned to function properly. Her sweet, earthy, diesel-like taste continues calling me back for more. Definitely a must have in the garden and in the "cookie jar".

a-fucking-mazing strain. tried it for the first time ever yesterday, i was completely euphorically stoned off one hit. love it, my new favorite strain, tastes great, smells great, potent as fuck, everything is just amazing about headband.

The mutt apperance is from the classic problem of mixing too many spices in the soup. This strain is threeway cross known as a super strain.

OG Kush, Master Kush, and Sour Diesel. The bud gets all the potent genetics but the looks dont mix that well and we get the classic ugly geniu

First I'm not sure what they mean by texture. If they mean looks Id say it is butt ugly Commercial. I did find one Nug that had a significant emerald color and serious smell but the rest looked like high grade commercial Marijuana with no seeds, and smell of pepper, mustard and lemon.

I wanted to make sure the guy wasn't jipping me with commercial so I packed the muttiest looking bud in my pipe and I took a good long inhale held in for a good 5 seconds and exhaled. This pot was definitely Grade A American Hydro and not commercial. It didn't get an A+ do to presentation. The buzz is great not the most out there high like purple haze but definitely medicinal relaxes, and gives you strength to get through your day. The emerald bud I discovered was defiantly A+ if only the whole plant had grown like that one emerald nug in the oz of headband that I had acquired.

its decent, smells great smokes good nice colorfull hair/pistils it hits me more like a sativa than it does an indica but has qulities of both strains. decent daytime smoke... im still waiting for the mexican skunk that was the best smoke ever and it was outdoor! sinaloa here i come!

Headband, like its parent Sour Diesel, is a very tasty and potent bud. Armed with qualities of sativa, but also makes you couchlocked when smoked in large quantities. Definitely one of my favorite indicas thus far.

This strain has a very fruity smell, almost reminiscent of the cereal, Fruitloops. This is a sweet tasting strain and packs quite a punch! It's an excellent strain for muscle tension, stress, and relief of pain.

The strain known as headband it tastes great smells good and is very potent the texture is very unique and sticky, However I found that you can hit a pipe once or twice and your good, but after a short while you will be hitting the pipe again due to the fact it doesn't last very long at all.

I loved this, not everyone I know likes it though. For me it works wonderful on the anxiety and troubles I deal with. I want to keep some in my stash jar for really bad days of anxiety and nervousness. Awesome.

Headband is a phenomenal strain, especially for those who appreciate sour diesel, and Kush lovers. This is a powerful, potent hybrid strain; perfect for those who are looking for the strength and enjoy a sativa affect in the head.

I have always liked headband, it is a hybrid of Sour D and OG. It is a durable grow, great defense against spider mites and mold. I think that it is more of a heavy high, and good for when you want to spend time relaxing or reading a book. Most places sell it for around $60 over by me.

So good, the taste was great and the effect was fab. It left me feeling like I had eaten candy. Just yummy for sure. It worked on my head more than the body but that is exactly what I need.

I see where they got the name it wrapped around my head like a warm fuzzy blanket. Great, kept me feeling pretty level headed for the entire day. I liked the way it left me feeling. I didn't have a migraine when I had this on hand. I will be curious to see the effects on that. But it left me feeling like I could work all day.

Headband is a classic indica, with a sativa influence that comes out strongly in the high. You'll ride for hours on it, and it looks amazing when it's cured properly.

The girl at the dispensary knows I'm bipolar so she asked to try this and see what it did for me. Well it really helped to level me to a more normal level, making me feel like I could handle the day without incidence. Which is a really good thing. I'm gonna try to keep this on hand for my problems hoping to keep from having to rely on the ridiculous crap the other doctors want me to use.

For me personally I need something a little stronger for the pain level I endure. I try to micro manage my pain and this just didn't do it for me.
If you needed something for more of a calmer it probably would be for you. I just need more.

A great grower, this fucker will spring from the ground like a flea when it's given the right care. It makes danky, dense buds with a high that'll smash you up. Makes for a great weed for two or three friends to discuss the finer things over.

Headband says it all in the name as it offers a strong head high, Headband is a great tasting strain with a very pine like taste at first but when you exhale it gives you a kinda sweet and sour taste. The nugs themselves are very potent smelling and are dark green color. Headband is by far one of my favorite indica strains.

Headband is a great sativa. The effects are crispy and clear and most importantly, in the head only. I enjoy headband to get me through my long 2 and half hour lectures at school. It keeps me focused heightens my understanding. I love the taste of it as well. It sits on your tongue after you smoke it....amazing strain. Anything crossed with headband is a sure hit too.

I like headband. I got a good strain of an eighth that was only $27.00 and lasted about a week. The taste was clean and fruity and the medicinal effect was low key and mellow. It didn't put me down or make me tired. It gave me a motivating feel and was a good destresser, especially for the price and I love it cause youcan get it anywhere, cool nuggets too.

After recently trying this inexpensive mid level medicine, I can say that it is at least average and potent enough to take some of the pain edge off. I found it to lean more towards the Indica body relaxation and high as opposed to the blown out mind cripple.

When grown correctly, Headband can be one of the most pleasant hybrids to experience. The smell is amazing, having a sour-lemon scent, as well as other fruit-like smells. The buds gleam with thc crystals, however the density seems to vary. Most often, the buds are not incredibly dense. The high is strongly indica, producing intense feelings of euphoria and causing only mild drowsiness. With a blend of Sour Diesel, OG Kush, and Master Kush, it is no doubt why the blend is so great. I would recommend this strain for a variety of users, as headband is a strong indica that caters to a variety of symptoms. I would most recommend for anxiety.

It's hard not to big a big fan of Headband.  From the first glimpse you see an unbelievable strain that pops with crystals and curiously curly buds. The smell is fabulous and the texture is noticeably dense just at the sight of it.

The best part about this medication is how much of an upper it is and makes it very usable during the daytime. This is more of a medication you'd want to take gong shopping rather than waiting at the DMV. It's something I could recommend 
wholeheartedly for anyone looking to try something in the daytime.

Headband is the best named strain. This is because while you are on this med you feel as if a headband is on your head. Elevating your head mind and thaughts. Its a good feelings type of high. The taste is sweet and smooth. It has a fruitfilled smell and a nice look. All around good bud.

headband is a dank strong smelling and tasting bud. this bud is just always dank. its always just destryoed with crystals. it is a nice smoothe hit that expands your lungs nice and easy. dosent burn the throat. it has a great head high that lats for a good hour or so. headband is just an all around good dank bud that is worth every penny you donate for it. the best high that i got from it was from a nice clan water pipe that just goes straight to your head and stays there till ur come down an hour latter.

Headband is absolutely delicious, and is very soothing on the throat and lungs. The aftertaste of headband is probably the best part, offering an almost sweet taste.

There's a reason its called Headband, its great for headaches because of how much of a headhigh it is...the high seems to wrap around your head and elevate and heal you. Headband is one of my favorite indica strains, mainly because I love the taste and it offers instant relief.
