Easy Rider
Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: The flavor is not overly flavorful, but you can taste citrus, earth and pine. This strain is great medicinally speaking but does not create an overly potent high, likely due to high CBD content and low THC.
One of the few strains that is a member of the ruderalis family of cannabis, Easy Rider offers pros and cons to its cultivation. For instance, each plant tends only to yield ½ oz. of medication, however it can complete an entire life cycle in as short as 60 days, making for harvests as often as when using the sea of green method of growing. Another extremely unique characteristic that Easy Rider portrays is its ability to flower on its own when grown indoors. This strain is also favored by many indoor growers due to the fact that each plant only needs roughly 6 inches of space to grow. Naturally, many gardeners choose to employ the sea of green method when growing Easy Rider, a strain that does not reach over 2 feet in height.
This strain was fairly popular in the 1990's but is sometimes seen in dispensaries in select areas of North America and in Amsterdam coffee shops. This highly medicinal strain is great for those with moderate to severe insomnia and chronic aches and pains. This strain will typically go for between $30 and $40 an eighth. Don't be surprised if it doesn't smell much, as it rarely gives off any odor.
