Dream Star comes to us from the renowned and illustrious, Oaksterdam Seed Co. These slightly oval-shaped buds are infested with amberish trichromes, providing a predominantly cerebral effect. It’s a cross of Blue Dream x Star Dawg, and has excellent genetics of Haze, DJ Short’s Blueberry, Tres Dawg and Chemdawg-4 and is widely available throughout California.
These plants grow to medium height - usually no more than 40” - and put on an amazing display of potent flowering in just 9 weeks. She’s able to thrive whether grown indoors or outdoors and much prefers an organic soil medium in either environment. Growers should be cautioned that she’ll stretch quite a bit upon flowering, and will do so quickly. For the best results training should be induced during vegetation, but can wait until flowering if need-be. Dream Star give an above average to sometimes heavy yield and has very consistent phenotypes. Many growers like to use these ladies as healthy, robust mother plants.

Lots of stretching while flowering. Harvested when trichomes were 60%milky & 40% clear. Less than 2% of glands had turned amber. Only pruduced 240 Gms from 2 plants after they were dried, cured in glass to 55% RH & manicured. This being from 2 plants in grown in 22" containers. The Dream Star is my favorite for a cerebral high & the 707 Headband for both the THC & CBD effect. These were personal grows & much attention was provided to details. The Green Ribbon was also a cerebral high & was analyzed at 25.7% THC. These cannabanoids supplimented my body's anadomides altering the CB1 & the CB2 receptors. This strain selection & manner of growing came from thorough research by a once a week smoker. Sorry for the length of this info but Wow, 4-5 puffs vaporized Blue Dream made me blitzed to where I was unable to form sentances & also had me visulizing colors when I closed my eyes. The effect lasted 60-90 minutes & then it was 'sleepy time'. I have chronic, moderate to severe pain & after smoking this MMJ the pain was still present although much lessened with my mind wondering where the pain was. Highly reccomended, but be aware the strength precluded me from pursuing any analytical thinking. Couch lock was abscent until 'sleepy time' arrived. I also continue to use hydrocodone & gabapentin daily, but was able tor reduce my synthetic opioid usage by 25-35%.
