Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: An invigorating high that doesn't let up for around an hour is the staple of Cali Miss. Effects are nearly 100% cerebral, producing clear-thinking and an upbeat, energetic mood.
The breeder keeps the exact name of the pure Haze variety they used in this cross a closely-guarded secret. What we do know is that a 100% landrace Haze was bred with Five-O, a famed hybrid that hails from the Big Island. This strain has two known phenotypes. One closely resembles a pure sativa in effect and appearance, while the other is more in the middle of the spectrum, with regards to indica and sativa. Both phenos generate a stimulating, long-lasting effect that is great for a wide range of medicinal uses.
When cultivating Cali Miss indoors, it is recommended to limit the time spent in vegetation to three or four weeks, at the most. This is a strain that will easily triple in height, at the end of flowering. Depending on which phenotype is present, the yield will range from low to moderate. The pheno that is mostly sativa will have a lower yield of higher quality bud, while the middle of the spectrum pheno will produce an average to slightly above average yield with potent bud, but not quite as potent as the sativa pheno. Outdoor gardeners should only cultivate this strain in areas with moderate to high levels of humidity and temperatures that do not reach below 55 degrees at night.
