Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: The sour, citrusy and spicy flavor of this old-school sativa will have you smacking your lips in anticipation of the next toke.
These buds are absolutely huge and have a bright, almost golden-green color with short, thick orange pistils and a dense layer of milky, white trichromes. Blackseed originally comes from a bunch of hillbilly breeders (skilled ones at that) in British Columbia, before eventually making it’s way to Reeferman.
Many gardeners like to cultivate Blackseed purely for the fact that these ladies always become fat and heavy with swollen calyxes that seem tantalizingly mature even when they are not, so be sure to carefully inspect the trichromes of these lovely ladies for prime plucking time. She’ll flower for 9 - 10 weeks and is ready for harvest by the end of October.
If you can't find some Blackseed at your local dispensary, we'd actually recommend you growing some of your own, as it's much more rewarding. All you have to do is hit up Reeferman and order some of his fine ladies.
The taste was very sour yet spicy. It truly has a funky taste I guess you could say. It was far from a bad taste and yet I didn't really like the taste. This is truly one of the most strange buds I have tried so far.
The texture was very sticky and I love the way the plant looks during budding. It was a very nice smelling plant however it was not a very potent plant. The buz gives you a really nice head and body high. I also found that it was a very long lasting high.
