Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: Very fruity, possibly grapey taste, with skunk undertones. Smooth and floral upon exhale.
This wondrous strain stems (no pun intended) from two quite potent strains: Black Domina and Rasberry Cough. The mother, Black Domina, is native to the Pacific northwest and was cloned and sent to Amsterdam. Blackberry combines the overwhelming indica traits of Black Domina, and the sativa qualities of Rasberry Cough.
As the generations of this strain have continued, what impresses growers is the fact that Blackberry has consistently maintained it's tight leaf structure. Towards maturity, the buds will gain a noticeable purple coloring. The plant smells astonishingly like blueberries, and will impress the harvester with a healthy yield of 70 to 100 grams of finished product. Using the Sea of Green growing technique can raise the average yield to over 400 grams.
Patients who prefer daytime medicating will be pleased to find out that this medication offers a strong body high, yet extremely cerebral effects. The mix of sativa and indica is right around 50/50. Enjoy this relaxing hybrid during the day or night.
It was really different looking and the bud was real tight not fluffy at all. Lasted a long time with just a little. The sweet taste is nice makes you think you are eating candy not smoking such a rank looking bud. It will leave you smiling the day away.
Blackberry is some tasty tasty weed. I got my batch at the Buds For life collective in Clovis California. The batch they had was pretty good, this is some tasty stuff and the smell reminds me of Trix cereal. Its a great relaxing high and doesn't really debilitate you while still giving you what you came for.
Honestly I only tried it because I love Blackberries, but I am very glad I did. This bud is great to help you relax before bed and it has a very mellow smell.
Didn't get what I was looking for in this, it's color intrigued me. But past that I was let down. I didn't achieve the effects hoped for and I don't like to smoke if I don't get relief. Seems a waste of time. Everyone else seemed to like it but I got bored and quit.
Really dark bud reminded of the grapes and the purples. Didn't quite have the potency I wanted but a definite alright smoke. Smell, taste were both average. Top shelf but not my top shelf.
When it's done right: Some of the tastiest, most appealing-looking buds you'll ever meet. It can in fact be straight-up black, and it smells like candy. Most of the time: It's a pretty generic, crystally dope. This stuff gets grown outdoor by the ton in California patches, but it's dark coloration and big crystals make it possible to pass as indoor. It's not, though, the high doesn't last long and is a mild couch-lock. Grow it yourself, and you'll be smiling like an asshole for weeks.
Blackberry is a fantastic strain. When I first saw it, I thought it looked like a Captain Crunch Berry, almost unbelievably blue and purple. It had a very sweet and candy-like fragrance. It broke up nicely and tasted just about as sweet as it smelled. The high was moderate and relatively mellow. I first tried it when I was out camping and it provided a great treat to relax with. Check it out when you can.
