This makes sense to me, because as a teenager I was able to discern that marijuana was way less harmful to me than alcohol. I am guessing that this meant that teens are not using hard drugs instead of drinking as well, which is also common sense. These teenagers seem to have gotten the message that marijuana is the safest out of all of the substances that are classified as drugs by our society.
