Wow, that is a lot of mailing. So stupid and she kept a diary of her shipments? Wow I just can not believe how stupid the world has gotten. But just another case that will keep making it hard for those of us just trying to get by and have our medical needs met.

Come on when are people going to realize to fight the legalization movement from a government level and then this will not even be an issue. Then for someone to be so ignorant as to keep a diary of their illegal activities?

Everyone who becomes greedy and is involved with illegal activities, usually gets caught. Unfortunately we all must remain within the legal limits of growing for the time being. If you decide to take the risk of growing more than allowed, be prepared to face legal problems. It looks bad for the rest of us when others take advantage. Can't they just be happy with the legal amount? It's better than nothing.

Who would risk sending pounds to the east coast with a small profit of only three hundred per a pound...that is not worth the risk. Plus these people are making the rest of us look bad with their illegal distribution of mmj.

I just don't understand these growers. It is good to keep books but keep it somewhere safe. Obviously the best way to store info is in your mind.

This situation is exactly the kind of tricks and shady moves the Feds are trying to keep rolling in their monopoly; 1-make sick patients fear of being caught by the Feds, allow their free right to medicate until they need some information about any illegal movements happening and if you don't talk, your own lively hood is threatened. Which is what happened to this poor-woman, and fell into their fear tactics. Let's not forget about all the money that taxpayers have to pay to keep these sick patients in prison (except for the person who also had cocaine and mushrooms; this should be the only person incarcerated)
This also shows how easily greed can come over some people when money flow comes in so quickly and easily... When starting in this industry most people look at it in a way to help really sick people, and sometimes forget what it's like to be at the shits.
But then again, some people just don't have the extra financial ability to become legal cultivators/caregivers just to cover your ass; which is still kinda ridiculous it can be recovered in about a month.
