This article said it all! Come'on, doesn't the courts have enough serious crimes waiting to settle instead of arresting someone for gardening; it would be different if they were selling to kids on the street, but I am sure that this is not the case.

The smartest thing to do is to grower within your state's legal limit. We know that most growers and smokers are peaceful people who try to make a living and get by.

I agree that we should all stay within the state limit so there is no problem. However if you realize that the majority of MMJ patients are really just trying to get by in these tough economic times that are extremely hard, then come on let these poor souls alone. I mean they had 31 plants wow what were they going to do, pay rent, buy groceries. How horrible of them for trying to get by. Find out all the details before harrassing some body. Were they going to sell to a dispensary? What don't assume they were going to sell on the streets, seriously people realize times are hard, we are all just trying to make ends meet.

Sure they were probably trying to make a buck, but they were not robbing anyone or stealing from anyone. Just growing a little weed and in the whole scheme of things they were really growing just such a small amount. Let's instead worry about those out there cooking dope.

For the time being I think it's safer for everyone who has a MMJ card to stick to growning the legal limit. If you grow more then you are allowed you knowe there's a chance you can be arrested. Every grower has to make that choice. Personally I think it's easier to stay within the limit when the alternative is facing legal problems. The extra money you make on those extra plants might have to go to a lawyer.

It was there clones what put them over the limit. Warwick police don't mention that. The problem here is you go to sleep with clones and no roots. Only to wake up the next day and your clones are now consider plants because they sprouted roots. This is a major flaw in the system that I hope for the rest of us mmj patients! Also, no one has coughs on that they are medical patients! This should not have been put out publicly unless proven guilty. This is a HIPPA violation!!! And the pictures the Warwick police put up on the Internet was their flower room. Which they never confiscated! Why they took a picture of it, posted it publicly and then determine that there are in their legal rights is behond me. This is an outrage!
