I would not blame this guy for getting out of the business. The law is not friendly to the owners of dispensaries, or to those who provide the medicine for those places. It is obvious that the DEA planned on being there and the whole thing was staged to bring him down. How can we say that we allow for safe access and that the law protects us when places are closing down everywhere, and dispensary owners are being federally prosecuted.

Good article, but read the following, it is important and I want everyone to be aware of this:

Do not listen to any posts by a user by the name of Dilan. They are attempting to sell hard drugs and it is likely a scam that even if you're dumb enough to mail order crack cocaine and ecstasy through the mail, if you do get the drugs you will likely get caught and arrested. More likely is the fact that you will get scammed for your money. By the sounds of it they are likely operating through the cartel and will be removed by the administration shortly.

Did Obama forget what he said in 2008? I thought Marijuana prescribed as a doctor for medicinal purposes was appropriate. Now California the most liberal state , the first state to legalize medicinal marijuana is being raided more than ever. How in the hell are we allowed to have advertisements for cigarettes and alcohol which kills hundreds of thousands a year just in the US alone. You cant find anywhere , anytime in the world where someones death was caused by consuming cannabis in any way. Why not try and bust a meth lab or shut down a cocaine pipe line? We could also turn that 8 billion a year on law enforcement busting pot into 16 billion easy. Why couldn't they tax and regulate it just like tobacco? Makes no sense. Why keep a harmless substance illegal and force people to go through an illegal dealer and take the chance of not being hired because hes a liability for have possession of marijuana. Even if only a misnomer. Crime rate would go down and people would be safely legally medicated. If anyone can find something wrong with this taking place please comment back or email me at maconcraig@gmail.com

Good points guest, I agree with what you said; we should be busting meth labs and cocaine smuggling rings rather than dispensaries. It almost seems like the DEA is lazy, they don't want to work to find real drug offenders because the dispensaries are so open with their locations. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.
