It goes to show that sometimes when you cooperate with the law enforcement, it can work in your favor because it shows a jury that you are trying to comply. This is not always the case. It is always true that if you run away you look guilty. Also it seems that they other guy did not have a medical marijuana license. It is nice to hear that a group of this man's peers decided that they would take his medical license into account. It makes me feel more protected by my own license, if I ever got caught for growing or something and had to go to court.
