I've seen these in San Jose Craigslist adds and always wondered the same thing: "I'm pretty sure the feds can go on craigslist."

I have boughten a small amount of cannabis off craigslist and i know many people who have. It is not recommended because you really don't know what your getting.
I dont think feds are pursuing people selling small amounts of cannabis. However i have seen some people selling lbs on craigslist, this seems to me like it would be dangerous.
Yeah I saw adds for "1 pound of quality trimmings/buds" and ounces of buds over the internet but never have seen pounds of buds. I agree with you though that the feds probably won't pursue small-time "offenders."
We have all seen those ads for excess MMJ from patients, wanting to sell or trade for just about anything. I do agree that it is a really bad way, that is definitely drawing attention to the medical end of marijuana which is not a good thing. People need to be smart when they both buy or trade their product.
How funny. Seriously I think you can literally buy anything on Craigslist. But these guys need to really watch out it is drawing the wrong kind of attention to the legalization movement.
Once again I don't think people are being very wise or cautious. The amount of money to be made is not worth risking your freedom. We should not be so cavalier about selling MMJ online. Greed can lead to many legal problems.
everyday i go on craigslist i see ads for the solicitation of mmj. I do not think it is a crime as long as both parties are qualified patients. In cali it seems to be more flexible then in michigan which lets me rest at night. I still have never purchased meds this way though.
Craigslist can be a place for set-ups and to get yourself caught up with people you just don't know... Even though this kind of thing should not be illegal, when followed/expressed, in this economy we need all the help we can get. But I agree with batareabrendan the feds dont hav time to puraue the small-timers on craigslist.

If the advertiser specifies LEGAL mmj sales only to patients who will be required to produce ID, rec and sign collective agreement...whats the problem?

There is no problem in Arizona at least not anymore. I do this all of the time and save tons of money. It is 100% legal
