I agree that the decision really should lie within the individual counties and cities. I just hope those political entities take into careful consideration the needs of patients.

Jerry Brown has always been an advocate for fair policy towards medical mj, and I am so relieved that he vetoed this unfair bill. He made guidelines in 2008 that still have real standing today. I am proud to have voted for him, because he has the people in mind.
