I hope that they let him go, and he moves to a state that allows it. I know that isn't always possible, but if you are already willing to drive there, why not pack up all your stuff and just go one way?

i live in NY and driving around with an Ounce in the car is sketchy enough, 150 pounds? holy shit... the man has to play it smart and transport it in smaller amounts. but yea he def. needs to be let off the hook because our government thinks they own the world and can do whatever the fuck they please

Wow, that sucks , I was caught with 150 lbs of weed over 20 years ago! Did my time and parole and haven't ever been arrested once since! I still am a convicted felon, I still have no rights! I am still paying the penalty of something I did at 19 yrs old! land of the free ? Yeah right. It's a plant! An herb! Who are they to make our choices! Thank God I live in a legal state and have my legal right to choose but my felony prevents me from being able to help others with my knowledge. They seem to prefer the "once a criminal , always a criminal "approach .
