This is the same type of tactics they use on the dispensaries. They are allowed to set up shop and invest hundreds of thousands of dollars only to have their places confiscated. Sounds like piracy to me.

This is such a crock of crap. The whole system is cracking down on a group of people are medically in need of medicine. If it was not for commercial growers to some degree there would be no meds for the countless people who are not in a position to grow their own for what ever reasons that might be. The powers that be need to realize that this needs to be allowed. But I do agree until that reaches a point of reality then it is safer to just stay small and within the 6-12 range to allow you to stay under radar.

Definitely if more people would be smart about their grows it would be better. Yet on the other hand if there were no commercial grows where would some of those multitudes of people who can't grow get their meds. COme on United States it is a weed. LEGALIZE period.

It is starting to show more and more that the government is just using the Medical Marijuana State Laws to invade peoples privacy; because when you go to the doctor to get your marijuana prescription it is the loophole to put a tracking device on each marijuana user...and they just wait till they see the best time to STEAL MEDICINE FROM SICK CITIZENS. The American people are going to start recognizing this B.S. attack on defenseless citizens, and the people will only react in a way that Law Enforcement and the Media has taught us to fight, and some will lead to hostel riots.

the feds target the groups of people that get together and grow theire medicine. People need to jujst not grow in large groups and be safe about it. its not worth the risk or exposure.

It is rough to see how our own federal government wishes to go against us. Large or small, grow ops are created by patients for other patients who don't have the means to provide for themselves.
