Oh man, what a sad move! Flooding your house takes so long to fix, it is expensive, and he is not getting any help from insurance on that one. At least all he got was a ticket, imagine going to jail for flooding your own home.

Funny this just happened to some neighbors of mine. Pure carelessness now draws unwanted attention to those growing their own meds. really a bad deal.
