My main question is how can I control how high I am? This would be so restricting for MMJ users everywhere. I doubt this bill will pass because it just seems so unrealistic to enforce.

I agree that medical marijuana users should be responsible and aware of their consumption if they know they will be driving. It is known to cause impairments and I think it is advisible to limit the use while controlling a motor vehicle. Just as with alcohol and prescription drugs there should be some culpability for using any mind altering substance while operating any vehicle.

How can I know how many nano grams I've ingested. Is it a bowl, a joint, a pipe load or a blunt? Is there going to be new products to purchase that can tell us how influenced or impaired we are or do such apparatus already exist and where can I get one?

The legal limit is 5 nano-grams, but experts have stated that an experienced user can function normally at 8 nano-grams. They take no consideration to tolerance, and how can a patient ever know when they have reached there legal limit. I guess we just have to be extremely cautious.

Of course Co lawmakers were going to limit the amount....The question is Are they going to make it such a low threshhold that anyone using would be driving under the influence of thc???

I think this is actually fair, because you always want to have some kind of limit of everything even if alcohol is a lot worse. You don't want this to run wild unchecked. But still, I'm curious to know how they will measure this. "Sir, how much have you had to smoke tonight?"

There has to be some limits to everything, that is a given but the research needs to go farther as to exactly what the limits for THC levels and driving should be. I've passed alot of drunk drivers and I'd much rather pass a stoned driver than an drunk.

What are the legal driving limits of THC going to be? I am a High School student, and we are talking about it in class and we are curious to know what the limit will be.
