I think that the damage has been done already in most cities in CA. How nice of them to finally say that this is against the law, when in the last few months almost all of the cities around me have imposed these bans and forced the medical marijuana dispensaries to shut down. This appeal will cause a lot of the shops that are open in other cities to close, because most dispensaries get their marijuana from Northern California. Even the few that did grow their own stuff locally, like the American Collective and the Otherside Farms, were ruthlessly shut down with no regard for patients or how much they tried to follow every letter of the law. Making dispensaries grow for themselves will be bad if the owners are greedy people who don't know anything about marijuana and only got into the business to make money. I think that dispensaries have a responsibility to provide quality medicine, and some take advantage of the fact that there is no quality regulation in this industry. It would be reassuring to know that the medicine I paid so much for didn't come to the United States illegally through a nasty sewer pipe.

Why not have the coop/collective be a network, with a main growing area and dispensary in Northern California and then have dispensaries located in Central and Southern California as well?

Visalia In downtown Visalia needs a place that can assist the hospital with the mass amount of patients needing cannabis treatments. I know of a perfect location. On Main Street. Keep following me.
