First Time Gift what's the best freebie you have gotten for being a first-timer?

I think that the best free gift I got for being a first-time patient was a 6 inch mini bong from a dispensary in Irvine. I had that thing for three years until it broke on the bathroom counter. I was so sad to see it go because it gave such powerful hits for something so small.

Oh that is a good one! I have never gotten hash as a free gift, let alone a whole gram of it! You live up in Norcal, right? I have always wondered if the dispensaries up there give better gifts...

Some do give pretty generous gifts, but others can be somewhat stingy... I suppose it just depends where you go. I've also been to ones that don't do a free gift at all. Like I said, each place is different. Usually it's something like a free gram of bud or a pipe or something.

I used to get free pipes all the time two years ago, but now it's pretty much a free gram or joint, if anything. I have been to a lot of places that don't give anything. Once in a while a place has 5g/eighths. I suppose it is a sign that business is booming, since places fell that they don't need an incentive to get people to go anymore.

Yeah you're probably right... there will always be a market for marijuana.

I agree, I always remember where the places are that have good deals or a great first time gift, and I forget even going to the places that I feel are stingy. And I always tell my friends about a good freebie so it is a good form of advertisement.

Man we are missing out, tell me where that Santa Barbara place is. I have never gotten a free eighth from anywhere besides the dispensary I used to work at. That would be a nice gift.

Things are weird here in Michigan. We aren't overcrowded with dispensaries. I have yet to get a free gift at any I have been to. Unless you count the t-shirt I got after I paid a $20 membership fee at a local compassion club. MMJ is getting a lot of resistance in some counties and or cities. I happen to live in the most laid back county as it pertains to being accepted. Law enforcement say they are taking a hands off approach with the mmj because there are far greater issues such as heroine, crack, meth, and prescription drugs. There are always rumors the feds are going to close them down, but nothing has happened yet. Its always going to be a back and forth battle between the sides until people drop their Reefer Madness mentality towards marijuana. The government says it has no medicinal properties, yet they hold the patent for its medicinal use? Bottom line is, they make too much money off it being illegal, and the drug companies would lose money not being able to regulate it. And once people quit using the manufactured drugs they will lose even more money. I bet if all the U.S. dispensaries teamed up and formed a lobbyist group that greased politicians pockets and campaigns like big oil and pharmaceutical companies do, it would be a whole different story.

Sounds so good! Cake pops are becoming more popular in bakeries so it makes sense that people who make edibles are picking up that trend.
