Question for dispensary owners/operators

I agree with you, if they had commission-based sales, rewards for monthly goals or more initiatives, then a lot more people would be knowledgeable in any industry. Of course there are places where the people rock all the time, like OCPG in Santa Ana, the only time the workers were ever down there is when they thought they were closing shop and they were so sad about it. I agree with you that it is best to find those one or two places where you feel most comfortable and keep going back. I do think that once you are a repeat customer people begin to recognize you and care about your business, also true for any sales industry. I am definitely interested in checking out EPG, if they got your seal of approval! Riverside is only about 25 miles from me... Worth a trip for a new experience, and perhaps a new delicious strain!

That sounds as a big one plan. I always receive the impression that the clubs employee’s majority are friendly or the families and that they marked their "work of dream".
Some clubs are better that others in this I respect, but the notion that they there are going to treat the patient looks foreign to many of them. I requested works some dispensaries, never discussed a salary, and was laughed for outside the door.

that's cuz they are probably "volunteer" employees...that's why. if that's even possible.
