For all the stoners, attending cannabis cup is like dream come true. The coming 25th high times cannabis cup in November might be the last one held in Amsterdam.
The Dutch government has moderately executed its banning of foreigners from marijuana shops. Ban being initiated in border cities initially. But, the government claims to rise the ban in rest of the country by the end of 2012!
If you are a marijuana freak then you would love to be a part of The Last Amsterdam Marijuana Vacation!!

I've heard of raids happening at the more recent cups held in Amsterdam, as well.

Sad :(

Never been to Amsterdam and I won't go now. They are only allow Dutch residents to partake in the cannabis cafes. The Dutch government seems to have shot themselves in the foot on this one.
I used to live in a room full of mirrors; all I could see was me. I take my spirit and I crash my mirrors, now the whole world is here for me to see.

I feel Dutch government is going crazy.. why they can't legalize weed and generate good revenue out of it.
