It seems there has been a debate sparked over the safety of baking poppy seeds and cannabis together. Some claim it is toxic, others say harmless. Either way, you won't be passing that drug test because poppy seeds make you test positive for opiates if you consume a large amount (and we all know that cannabis will stay in your system as well).

Do you think the mixture is toxic? Heard any rumors about it? Love to know what you guys think!

Never heard of that. I wouldn't imagine it would be toxic though, or we probably would have heard about it. Be interesting to find out though.

Me either, I would think it is safe to eat though because I have seen that kind of muffin in clinics before.

I doubt it is and now I will try this experiment in my bakery, Cannabis does not have toxic properties but now my curiosity is peaked by this info.I will research more on poppy seed before I "guinea pig" myself. Thanks
