About the Event
The High Times Medical Cannabis Cup is a gathering of the medical cannabis community that is held in four different locations around the world. This June it comes to quaint San Francisco for a weekend of cannabis education and competition. The roster includes seminars on legal growing and safe access for medical cannabis patients.They also scheduled a patient's panel and an activism seminar, intended to show patients how to come together and fight for their rights to safe access. There is an area for Prop 215 patients where medicating is allowed. On Saturday they boast a Cali Connections Party with musical performances, artists TBA. On Sunday night the most awaited event; the awards ceremony. A carefully selected panel of judges from throughout the medical cannabis community will award the winning medication for each category. Don't worry, you will be able to sample the strains in a special area where the contestants have booths. There is an additional charge for the medical cannabis, but many of the dispensaries have a variety of specials during the event, making medicating affordable.
